This one is a beaut. VERY Low miles, 100% original & all there from '73, including the paint. She runs like a top & needs a Lot of TLC. Perfect for a top to bottom resto but we're gonna Cafe' it anyway. Ha!
Keep an eye out for the complete buildup, all reversible of course. What, you didn't think we would butcher this intact Classic did you? I'm even keeping the original pristine seat foam!

OK, I got taken on this one. I wanted this bike so bad I went and looked at in the pourin' rain. No worries though. What better excuse for a complete Cafe' build? This one's gonna get some goodies. Wiseco big bore kit & a hot bumpstick to start. Then I'm gonna toss everything that doesn't make it go fast and drill holes in everything else that does. Stay tuned. It's gonna be fun
XS650 Softail Bobber JavaScript must be enabled to view images. XS650 Basket Case Bobber
This was a rolling chassis I got from a buddy, complete w/ shouldered rims and locked up motor. Well, the motor's apart and the frame is starting to take shape. Somewhere along the line I decided to keep it a softtail and stretch the swingarm 6". Thats OK. I got another frame in the jig for a matching hardtail 650 to go with it.
